Course overview

This correspondence course provides a practical, real-world approach to the REALTOR Code of Ethics, focusing on how ethical standards apply in everyday real estate transactions. Topics include duties to clients, the public and other REALTORS, advertising and disclosure requirements, professional standards enforcement and risk management. The course is delivered as a downloadable PDF with an online final exam. Through applied scenarios and case studies, licensees will strengthen ethical decision making, improve communication, and better understand how to navigate complex situation while protecting their clients and their license. The course meets the code of ethics requirement for NAR triennial training.
