Cultural Diversity in the Workplace

Course overview

This course will allow the participants to review and understand cultural diversity in the workplace. They would be able to acknowledge the differences from each culture and use it to benefit them at their workplace. This will allow them to recognize conflicts and find ways to resolve it base on their understanding of each culture and that to understand the diversity of each and everyone.
