Risk Management

Course overview

This course will enable healthcare professionals to understand Risk Management. Attendees will be able to state what is risk management, its purpose, components, identify examples of unusual occurrence, and reporting process required by their health care organization. Explain what is sentinel events, and adverse events, and to include the importance of documentation. This will also allow the participants to recognize their responsibility with regards to practicing safety in their organization.
