Course overview

Take Action Now is a practical continuing education program in identity-based momentum, behavioral activation, and designed action. Based on Elvis Lesters book, the program teaches participants how to move from hesitation, compulsion, and delay into commitment, propulsion, and full-out follow-through through tools such as Threshold activation, Compulsion to Propulsion, iVIBES, DEEM, Rituals of Motion, StateCraft, reset phrases, trance cue language, and action-centered Designer practices. Participants learn how to install motivating states, strengthen action identity, interrupt stalled patterns, and create repeatable momentum systems that support real-world change in counseling, coaching, performance, and everyday life.
