Course overview
Yogic Bodywork is a table-based, fully clothed bodywork training that blends traditional yogic postures and breath-centered practices with modern fascia-informed manual therapy. Practitioners learn how to guide clients through supported stretching, mobility, and nervous system regulation techniques using leverage, bodyweight, PNF, deep pressure, and breathwork. This immersive course is designed to enhance mobility, release fascial restrictions, and create a deeply restorative mind-body experience for both practitioner and client.
