This is the required 3-hour class the NH salesperson and Broker needs to renew their real estate license. You will love this class. Student will be learning the newest NH laws and rules and practices. We take the student on a journey through all of the required topics of the Core class and show them how to understand and maneuver through the real estate commission web site to access the laws, rules, forms rulings board actions renewal process etc.
