*Assess the effectiveness of spinal manipulation versus other guideline endorsed interventions for the management of chronic low back pain in older adults. *Investigate whether older adults with spinal pain receiving spinal manipulation have a reduction in fall risk over a 13-month follow-up. *Examine the relationship between radiographic findings commonly noted in chiropractic practice and improvement in back-related disability in older adults following 12 weeks of chiropractic spinal manipulation and home exercise instruction. *Determine the potential relationship(s) between spinal pain and cognitive decline. *Outline hypertension guideline recommendations relevant for chiropractic practice.
