Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Define child abuse, neglect, and risk factors across physical, emotional, and sexual domains.

2. Perform thorough assessment to identify potential abuse or neglect.

3. Apply evidence-based protocols for reporting suspected abuse.

4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including social work, behavioral health, law enforcement, and physicians.
