Course overview
This long COVID course provides a focused, evidence-based examination of post-COVID conditions, including pathophysiology, risk factors, and multisystem clinical presentations. Learners will explore current research on mechanisms such as immune dysregulation, viral persistence, and autonomic dysfunction, while developing skills to recognize and evaluate long COVID in clinical practice. The course emphasizes patient-centered, symptom-based management strategies, including rehabilitation approaches and functional recovery planning, to improve quality of life and clinical outcomes for individuals experiencing persistent symptoms following SARS-CoV-2 infection.
