Analyze cardiac anatomy, coronary circulation, and myocardial physiology to explain how structural changes produce ECG abnormalities. Apply principles of cardiac electrophysiology and the conduction system to interpret complex ECG rhythms and conduction disturbances. Evaluate 12-lead ECG findings using a systematic interpretation method to identify ischemia, infarction, and conduction abnormalities. Interpret hemodynamic and physiologic indicators of cardiac pump failure during critical care transport. Integrate ECG findings with patient assessment and monitoring data to guide prehospital and interfacility treatment decisions.
