At the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the communication process, identifying and explaining key components.

• Educate and inform clients pre-therapy so they know what to expect, adding better in-session decision-making and feedback.
• Conduct pre-post analysis to determine differences in before and after observations.
• Enhance inherent skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances and improve treatment outcomes.
• Utilize anatomical positioning that allows gravity to open anatomical areas needing non-invasive but deep work.
• Develop productive, trusting therapist/client relationships to prevent communication barriers and negative consequences.

• Practice ethics and moral standards that guide professional conduct and prioritize the client’s well-being.
