Course overview

This course provides a systematic approach to treating low back pain using integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine methods. The course covers pattern differentiation for several types of low back pain, including discogenic low back pain, lumbar muscle strain, acute lumbar sprain, lumbar spinal stenosis, senile osteoporosis, etc. It also includes female low back pain related to menstruation, postpartum, menopause, gynecological organ dysfunction, etc. The course discusses the pathogenesis, pattern differentiation, and treatment methods for low back pain, including Balance Acupuncture, Tuina, moxibustion, etc. Classical TCM theories and acupuncture treatments for low back pain will also be presented.
