The Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS) survey is a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)-required measure used to evaluate patient experience and publicly report home health quality. This course reviews current CMS requirements, including key updates from the CY 2026 Home Health Prospective Payment System Final Rule, such as changes to HHCAHPS measures used in Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) scoring.
