Clients who grapple with managing their emotions due to trauma triggers have difficulty trusting and setting boundaries. Join Ellen Biros as she focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies to help your clients address trauma and abandonment issues related to their inner child. Participants will learn how to identify and understand the root causes of these issues, as well as how to use CBT techniques to help clients heal and grow. The training will cover topics such as identifying negative thought patterns, developing coping skills, and building healthy relationships.
