Course overview

The presenter will discuss the essential features of assessment and evaluation in supervision to include functions, goals, and general guidelines. The delivery of evaluation including methods, concerns, and strategies will be discussed, as well as relevant standards, common issues, and guidelines for remediation planning. Finally, the presenter will discuss the topics of executing a successful remediation plan, supervisee self-evaluation, and supervisor feedback.
