The speaker will discuss what supervision is, why it is important, what the roles/functions/and formats are, and what the qualities are in effective and ineffective supervision. Options for formats and common methods/techniques in supervision will be discussed, as well as preparing for supervision with a focus on set-up, structure, support, success and safety. Finally, the speaker will discuss embarking on a journey with the stages of supervision, as well as evaluation in supervision.
