This advanced-level continuing education course equips nurses with the clinical reasoning, prioritization frameworks, and escalation strategies required to safely triage patients and activate appropriate levels of care. Emphasis is placed on early recognition of deterioration, evidence-based triage tools, interprofessional communication, and rapid escalation pathways in acute and ambulatory settings.
