This 3-day clinical immersion experience offers licensed massage therapists a rare opportunity to step inside a functioning Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment center (a traditional Ayurvedic therapeutic environment supporting detoxification and rejuvenation through specialized bodywork therapies). Learn traditional bodywork applications in an authentic clinical environment. This training represents a one-time opportunity to study inside the Healing Elements Ayurveda clinical treatment setting, making it a uniquely hands-on educational experience. Participants will learn practical methods for integrating Ayurvedic assessment concepts into massage therapy sessions, including constitutional awareness (dosha theory), clinical oil selection, treatment sequencing, and safe scope-of-practice application. Hands-on training includes instruction in: Abhyanga oil massage sequencing Basti therapy applications (including dough ring fabrication) Herbal bolus preparation and Pinda Sweda techniques Udvartana, herbal powder therapy Ayurvedic clinical decision-making for treatment personalization Instruction takes place inside a working Ayurvedic treatment clinic to provide an authentic clinical training experience rarely available in continuing education environments. This course is designed to expand therapeutic perspective, increase practitioner confidence using traditional Ayurvedic tools, and support safe integration into existing massage therapy sessions. Students are encouraged (but not required) to bring a massage table if available. A limited number of additional tables will support partner practice rotations during the hands-on training portion of the course. Target Audience
This course is intended for Florida Licensed Massage Therapists seeking hands-on continuing education in Ayurvedic bodywork techniques and clinical application within massage therapy scope of practice.
Course Level
Beginner to Intermediate. No prior Ayurveda training required.
Course Delivery Language
Course instruction and materials are provided in English.
Hands-On Participation Statement
This course includes supervised hands-on practice between participants. Students should be comfortable both giving and receiving bodywork techniques in a professional learning environment.
Materials Provided
All herbal materials, oils, and supplies required for instruction will be provided.
Students are encouraged (but not required) to bring a massage table if available to support partner practice rotations during the hands-on training portion of the course. Participants who are able to bring a table should notify the instructor in advance.
Instructor Credentials
Instruction is provided by Kimberly Shelpman, an Ayurvedic Doctor (through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association) and LMT (FL and CA) with over 10 years of clinical experience practicing traditional Ayurvedic therapies within a Panchakarma treatment setting.

Registrations are refundable up to 30 days prior to the course start date. Due to limited enrollment and course preparation requirements, refunds are not available within 30 days of the training except in cases of emergency.
