This is a 1 hour live webinar designed for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and Chiropractors exploring the role of the pelvic floor in running performance. Participants will review relevant anatomy, identify common pelvic floor symptoms in runners, and examine contributing factors influencing pelvic health. Using a case-based approach supported by evidence, attendees will develop practical strategies to screen and guide runners with pelvic floor dysfunction - supporting both symptom resolution and return to performance.
