The Experiential Simulationist

Course overview

The Experiential Simulationist is a hands on immersive course designed to build confidence and capability in healthcare simulation operations through real world practice. Delivered in Sarasota Florida this program uses an experiential learning model that emphasizes doing, reflecting, thinking, and applying. Participants choose one of two focused tracks Patient Simulators or LearningSpace allowing them to deepen skills aligned with their role and goals, and ultimately improve quality, outcomes, and patient safety. The Patient Simulator track focuses on simulator operation scenario design, programming artificial intelligence literacy, data driven practice, and hands on troubleshooting through rotating simulator experiences. The LearningSpace track prepares participants to manage simulation environments operate recording and data capture systems support live events and transform video and performance data into actionable insights. Through end to end immersive experiences a shared capstone, participants leave prepared to immediately improve practice, strengthen team performance and drive measurable impact within their organizations.
