Introduction to the Art of Hawaiian Lomi Massage. Lomi massage is similar to Swedish with the exception of using long strokes and utilizing your forearms. It also concentrates on good body mechanics making the work less stressful on the therapist. This work can provide the relaxation of the muscles to allow the therapist to work deep without trauma to the client.
