This interactive training offers licensed therapists a practical and trauma-informed framework for integrating somatic therapy into their clinical work with clients. Participants will explore how trauma is stored in the body and how healing must also occur through the body, not just the mind.Through guided demonstrations, experiential activities, and case-based reflection, attendees will deepen their understanding of the nervous system, polyvagal theory, and the somatic imprint of trauma.
