Confronting situations where someone close to you--perhaps a trusted coworker you've collaborated with for years--may be showing signs of impairment can be challenging and emotionally complex. The uncertainty about what steps to take, concerns about potential repercussions, and the desire to offer support without judgment can make these scenarios particularly difficult to navigate. In this session you will gain practical tools for approaching these sensitive scenarios, discover resources available to assist both yourself and your peers, and develop a deeper understanding of how to foster a culture of care and accountability within the pharmacy profession.
