Course overview
Process Communication Model 2, Advanced Concepts, takes a deep dive into focusing on connecting, motivating, and resolving conflict. In depth reviews of behavior failure patterns in subconscious "scripts," intervention and prevention strategies will be taught, with practice using exercises. This training is the second of three steps for PCM certification, either as coach or trainer, authorized to provide PCM profiles.
