Decoding the Skitch and the Niggle: A Somatic-Based Clinical Lab for Integrating IFS and Process-Based Therapy (PBT)

Course overview

In this immersive 8-hour clinical residency, participants will move beyond theory into a high-intensity somatic practicum designed to bridge Internal Family Systems IFS with the mathematical precision of Process-Based Therapy PBT. Using the U Model and Somatic Decoding Laboratory, clinicians will learn to guide clients from talking about pain to genuine physiological unburdening - especially when systems become entropic, manifesting as high-arousal reactive impulses the Skitch or persistent nagging self-criticism the Niggle.
