Course overview

This course will teach participants to effectively communicate with client's and to avoid " communication barriers". The participants will learn to assess the client properly and set goals every day during care. This course also qualifies for the Home Care Alzheimer's course that is Mandatory for all home care Certified Nursing Assistants.
