Yet death anxiety is increasingly recognized as a transdiagnostic factor that's related to a wide range of mental health problems - And leaving it out of your clients' treatment may limit the relief they can achieve. In this session, Dr. Rachel Menzies -- death anxiety expert and author of Free Yourself from Death Anxiety: A CBT-Self-Help Guide for a Fear of Death and Dying -- will show you how to integrate practical strategies for addressing this largely unrecognized treatment target into your care framework.
