This course will enable participants to perform a full-body stretch session for clients on a massage table, as well as with the client actively moving on and off the table. Techniques can be applied clothed, though appropriate draping will be demonstrated for incorporating stretching into traditional massage. Theory of active inhibition, neuromuscular release, and fascial stretching will be covered.
