TECAR provides therapeutic benefit through three main physiologic processes: pain reduction; healing/vascularization; and hyperthermia/collagen synthesis. In this Introductory Level I course we will provide expert insight into what TECAR is and how it can be applied in the full spectrum of orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation programs from acute to chronic pathology. It then provides an in-depth look at the physiology and science behind pain control and muscle re-education electric currents and discusses how use of these polyfrequencies can optimize your rehabilitation outcomes. The Introductory Level I Professional TECAR Course is a 3-hour Live Virtual Course. It will be recorded for asynchronous learning options as well.
