Course overview

The Mindfully Supervision Intensive is a weeks-long training aimed at providing clinicians the training they need to earn their supervisory designation and sharpen their skills. More specifically, the week is modeled after the guidelines for the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist board's (CSWMFT) requirements for professional counselors to receive their supervisory designation. Throughout the week, participants will get a comprehensive overview of supervision theory and practices. The week consists of eight separate trainings, each focused on core topics such as administrative and management topics, professional development, models of supervision, and legal and ethical issues in supervision. Participants are welcome to sign up for an individual course, or enroll in the entire intensive. Enrolling in the intensive earns participants access to recorded versions of all trainings.
