REHAB FITNESS SPECIALIST (HOMESTUDY)

Course overview

This course is designed for the therapist to learn how to integrate concepts of fitness and the physiological impact of dynamic movement to their treatment programs. Anatomy, physiology and kinisiology are examined in depth to provide a greater understanding of the body. The participants will learn how concepts of fitness blended into therapeutic massage and body work create a holistic approach to healing. Participants will also have the opportunity to take a written exam upon completion of the course to earn certification as a certified personal trainer through International Sports and Fitness Trainers Association.
