Course overview
This presentation examines the relationship between sensory strategies and the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP). Participants will review the seven sensory systems (i.e., touch, smell) and how these systems can be used to achieve an optimal level of sensory arousal. Participants will learn how to incorporate personal sensory preferences into the Wellness Toolbox.
