Course overview

Participants will identify potential legal pitfalls in supervision, understand the five most common ethical issues associated with clinical supervision, be able to distinguish between direct liability and vicarious liability in supervision, analyze the potential risk management issues inherent in clinical supervision, be able to recognize with multiple/dual relationships issues in clinical supervision, and understand the concept of Informed Consent as it applies to clinical supervision.
