Course overview

Clinical reasoning is an ongoing process that runs from assessment to discharge. This course focuses on the reasoning that guides intervention selection treatment monitoring and discharge. It examines how the clinician interprets observations modifies their actions and ultimately decides when and how to end rehabilitation. The course examines six reasoning strategies scientific intuitive pragmatic conditional collaborative and ethical and how they are used together to support sound clinical decision-making.
