Course overview
Double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) is a potent immunogenic impurity generated during the in vitro transcription of single-stranded mRNA. Because these byproducts share highly similar sizes, sequences, and charges with the target mRNA, removing and accurately characterizing them poses a significant challenge for the development of safe and effective nucleic acid therapeutics. In this webinar scientists, Dr. Ranaghan (Refeyn) and Dr. Clark, (Repligen), will bring together pioneering approaches to eliminate and profile dsRNA impurities to improve product quality and safety.
