Cranial Conundrums: Clinical Pearls for Cranial Disease

Course overview

In a case-based format, clinical findings are presented and discussed for patients discovered to have intracranial diseases. Conditions addressed include intracranial mass lesions, cavernous sinus fistula, pituitary apoplexy, inflammatory disease, and acute optic neuropathies. Medical evaluation including requisite neuroimaging and serologic evaluation are discussed. In each case presented, clinical reasoning is discussed to lead the audience down the correct diagnostic pathway.
