In this in-service we cover the importance of diversity in the workplace and why It¿s important for you, as a home health aide, to understand and respect the cultural differences and uniqueness found in our industry. By the end of this inservice you¿ll have the ability to define diversity, know the legal aspects involved with discrimination, and understand your role in supporting and promoting a diverse working environment.
