Course overview

This course is a pilot course designed to directly bridge the gap between foundational neuroanatomy education and real-world clinical decision-making in physical therapy. While clinicians are exposed to motor and sensory pathways during training, there is often a disconnect between: understanding anatomical structures, recognizing clinical presentations, and applying this knowledge to treatment planning. This course will emphasize lesion localization, pattern recognition, clinical reasoning frameworks, and Translation of anatomy into movement and finally intervention.
