Paragon provides a Comprehensive Market Analysis tool and CMA's assist agents in explaining the value of a property to potential customers/clients, which helps them make an informed decision about buying or selling a home. The purpose of CMA Overview is to teach agents how to most effectively utilize the presentation tool as well as "quick CMA" options available within Paragon and CRS.

CMA Overview includes 1 CE for VT and NH licensees! You must log into the webinar on your own device and any VT or NH licensee's who attends the full session (missing no more than 5 minutes) will be emailed an affidavit for your VT and/or NH license renewal within 7 days of the completion of the webinar. Although currently accredited for VT and NH licensees, any PrimeMLS customer may attend this session.
