Course overview

This training provides clinicians with practical somatic interventions to use with anxious clients to improve body awareness and support nervous system regulation. Emphasis is placed on interoception, somatic tracking, and embodied clinical interventions that can be integrated into talk therapy and practiced by client in between sessions. Learning Objectives Participants will be able to: 1. Identify somatic markers of emotional and nervous system states. 2. Apply somatic tracking techniques in real-time therapy. 3. Utilize titration, pendulation, and resourcing strategies. 4. Integrate somatic interventions into sessions and psychotherapy treatment plans.
