Course overview
In behavioral health settings, staff must recognize how culture may impact recovery. This course includes information about bias and discrimination, culture as context, and the impact of worldview on behavioral health recovery, and how providers can support recovery through a multicultural approach. The goal of this course is to provide behavioral health professionals working in health and human services settings about how to use the multicultural approach to recovery-oriented care with clients.
