Course overview

This live continuing education course is designed for licensed massage therapists seeking advanced therapeutic skills for addressing headache, migraine, jaw, scalp, and cranial tension patterns commonly seen in clinical practice. Participants will receive an anatomy refresher of key cranial, facial, and cervical structures, learn assessment techniques for identifying dysfunctional holding patterns, and develop hands-on therapeutic cranial release methods incorporating neuromuscular, myofascial, and trigger point applications. Emphasis is placed on intentional treatment planning, client communication, safety, and effective therapeutic outcomes.
