Course overview

Identify the radiographic features and classification of osteochondroma based on matrix type, location, and morphology. Recognize the stippled appearance of a calcified cartilaginous cap and the radiographic hallmarks of hereditary multiple exostoses. Differentiate the radiographic appearance of enchondroma in short bones from that in long bones and recognize signs of malignant transformation. Distinguish chondroblastoma, fibroxanthoma, and aneurysmal bone cyst by location, age range, pain pattern, and radiographic features.
