Course overview

Describe the radiographic features of tuberculosis, including upper lobe cavitation, and differentiate infectious from non-infectious granulomatous diseases. Identify miliary TB, calcified lymph nodes, and the Ghon complex on chest radiographs. Differentiate the radiographic differentials of a solitary pulmonary coin lesion and recognize sarcoidosis and historical TB treatment findings. Recognize radiographic signs of cardiac chamber enlargement and congestive heart failure on chest radiographs.
