Explain how kVp and mAs influence radiographic contrast, density, and patient dose while applying ALARA principles to optimize diagnostic image quality while minimizing patient dosage. Describe the patient positioning, tube angulation, and anatomy demonstrated on cervical spine projections including APOM, AP lower cervical, lateral, obliques, and flexion-extension views. Differentiate anterior and posterior lumbar oblique projections and identify the Scotty dog anatomy visualized on lumbar oblique radiographs. Identify the standard radiographic projections and positioning techniques used to image the hip, knee, ankle, foot, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.
