Describe treatment approaches for scapular elevators including latissimus dorsi and lower pectoralis major fibers. Apply treatment protocols for shoulder flexor muscles including coracobrachialis and anterior deltoid. Evaluate rehabilitation strategies for shoulder nerve injuries and vascular conditions including thoracic outlet and hyperabduction syndromes.
