Describe the anatomy and function of fascia, connective tissue, and their role in soft tissue injury, pain radiation, and misdiagnosis in clinical practice. Design a progressive exercise rehabilitation program for soft tissue injury that incorporates proprioceptive retraining, appropriate contraction types, mobilization, and manipulation in the correct sequence of recovery.
