Fascia 101 - Neuro-Fascial Network

Course overview

This course explores emerging pain science that views the fascia and nervous system as an integrated, communicative network. Participants will examine how the neuro fascial system senses, adapts, and responds to internal and external stressors, moving beyond models that frame pain solely as a brain driven experience. Practitioners will learn to recognize common neuro-fascial adaptation patterns and develop a clearer understanding of nervous system regulation in a therapeutic setting. The course also highlights the influence of the practitioners own nervous system state on the therapeutic environment. Through guided observation and practical frameworks, participants will strengthen their ability to notice subtle cues in posture, movement, tissue tone, and nervous system expression, supporting more responsive, client centered care and improved therapeutic outcomes.
