Emergency patients can happen at any time in any type of clinic. The team needs to be prepared to handle whatever comes through the door. Have you ever asked the team how comfortable they are with handling those critical patients and hysterical owners? This course provides some interview questions to ask your team to help them learn what parts they like to play in emergency medicine so to work towards successful patient outcomes. It also discusses two different training styles, written and role playing, and how to use each one to benefit and train the team.
