This course registration link is for Florida Guardians. Virtual Instructor-Led Training has breakout group activities, learners typing into chat and into online polls. Please join us Wednesday, November 18 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time for a 2-hour exploration about setting and maintaining business rules that protect a guardian's safety and sanity. In this workshop, we will answer two key questions: 1 - What inappropriate activities can a guardian change to stop crossing boundaries and putting yourself or your company in jeopardy? 2 - How can you delegate activities that are over-using your time (unpaid) and leading to the burnout of great guardians? Dr. Heather Connors will share concrete, actionable solutions to help guardianship practices and individual guardians blend boundaries and rules into the fabric of their work. Participants need microphones to participate and a keyboard to type responses into polls and chat. The course is offered free of charge. Registration is required. 2 General CEU credits from Center for Guardianship Certification will be awarded. 2 General CEU credits from Florida will be awarded. Please check with your state to determine if these CEU credits meet your needs.
